Appointments

We request that you bring a few recent notes from your doctor and any related diagnostic reports (or have your doctor fax them) so that the physician can review them prior to your appointment.

Your first visit will consist of getting to know your doctor. The doctor will perform an extensive history and physical examination to determine your specific treatment plan. If you are a candidate for one of the outpatient treatments described on the Treatments and Procedures page, then that treatment will be scheduled at the earliest available appointment time. If your procedure needs authorization prior to scheduling, our staff will help obtain authorization for all of your treatments, diagnostic tests (MRIs, etc), physical therapy, referrals to other specialists, and whatever else is necessary to complete your treatment here at Regenerative Medicine and Pain Management Physicians.

Should you be a candidate for one of the outpatient procedures and are having sedation at a surgery center, you will need someone to drive you to and from your procedure appointment. You can usually resume normal activity the following day. There are little or no side effects from these procedures; however, if you do experience any unusual symptoms or pain, our nurses are available to assist you.

If you have any questions about your appointment, please don’t hesitate to call us.
